How often do you ship packages?
I try to do so weekly! PLEASE NOTE that PREORDER items will take longer!
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes, etc, are the buyer's responsibility. I do not mark order totals below value, or mark items as 'gifts' to reduce shipping costs.
UK & GERMANY NOTICE
I cannot ship to the United Kingdom and Germany due to their VAT and VerpackG requirements. If any orders are recieved with either of those countries as their destination, the orders will be canceled.
If you are hesitent about ordering from outside North America, please use a proxy such as Fishisfast to order from my store.

RETURN POLICY
No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item was incorrect. All sales are final.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST?
I do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, as I have no control over what happens after I drop off your package at the Post Office.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MISSING SOMETHING OR WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Please contact me if you have received your package and there are missing/damaged items.
